Operations Director

David is responsible for the seamless delivery of our projects on the ground. He oversees our multi-trade teams, plant logistics, and site safety protocols.

His focus is on operational efficiency and technical excellence, ensuring that every site is managed to the highest standards of the Stone Federation and UK health and safety legislation.

Construction Manager

Ross oversees the delivery of Go-Wright’s construction projects, ensuring all works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Holding a BSc in Quantity Surveying and with over seven years at Go-Wright, he brings strong commercial awareness alongside practical site management experience, coordinating teams and maintaining programme certainty, cost control, and quality across all projects.

Stone Masonry Manager

Craig leads Go-Wright’s stone masonry division, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern construction management expertise.

With over 20 years of industry experience and qualifications including Advanced Craft Stonemasonry, Stonemasonry, and Construction Management, he oversees masonry teams and ensures all stonework meets the highest standards of accuracy, durability, and heritage conservation.

Behind our leadership team sits a dedicated squad of time-served stonemasons, civil engineers, and specialist tradespeople. We invest heavily in local Scottish apprenticeships and continuous professional development, ensuring our team is always at the forefront of health and safety and modern building techniques.

With our own fleet of plant and equipment and a centrally located management hub, we are equipped to mobilise rapidly across the country.

We are certified specialists in the Helifix Helibeam system, providing non-disruptive structural repairs and masonry reinforcement. Our team is registered and trained to survey and install these advanced solutions, restoring structural integrity to historic and modern buildings alike.

Our operatives are fully registered and trained in the use of Thermatech and DOFF specialist heritage cleaning technologies. These high-temperature, low-pressure systems allow us to clean delicate masonry and historic facades effectively without damaging the underlying substrate.
